Coastal Mediterranean Salad

1 can (4.5 oz.) StarKist Selects® Yellowfin Tuna in Olive Oil with Lemon Dill
4 cups mixed baby greens
1 red pepper, sliced
12 kalamata olives
½ cup canned cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
8 marinated artichoke quarters
- Place 2 cups salad greens on plates
- Add ½ red pepper, 6 kalamata olives, ¼ cup Cannellini beans and 4 artichoke quarters on top of salad.
- Top with half can of tuna and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
